Product Warranty
Every watch we sell comes with an in-house two year warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty is equivalent to or exceeds most manufacturer warranties and covers any manufacturing defects and the watch movement.
Mountain Watch Shop will repair or replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts and labor during the warranty period.
Manufacturer Warranty
In order to provide the best possible pricing Mountain Watch Shop does not follow the MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) Guide. Since we do not follow the MSRP Guide we are not authorized to provide the manufacturer’s warranty with the sale.
We understand that having a warranty is important with your purchase and that is why we provide an in-house warranty with every watch that meets or exceeds the manufacturer warranty.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover the following items: cosmetic issues, watch case, crystal, bracelet/band/strap (including: stainless steel, leather, leather-like, resin, rubber, silicone), bezel, screws, crown/stem, clasps/buckles, batteries, wear and tear, finishes, water/moisture damage, physical damage.
Warranty is void if the watch has been opened or serviced by a third party.
Warranty is void if you exceed the water resistance ratings of the watch.
